Monika DIATTA-REBCOVÁ taneční pedagog a choreograf, je absolventkou taneční katedry HAMU, kde také vyučuje a doprovází hrou na bubny lekce moderního tance.
Biografie:
Od r. 1990 - 2006 absolvovala stáže moderního i afrického tance a hry na djembe (africký buben) např. v Drážďanech, Berlíně, Mnichově, Amsterdamu, Paříži, Isle Jourdain, Londýně, USA v Seberní Karolíně a několikrát v Gambii a Senegalu. Jejími učiteli afro byli: Germaine Acogny, Patrick Acogny, Mohamed Bangoura, Tonton Silla a Mohamed Camara (Guinea), Pap N´diaye –Kaolack, Malang Diediou a Lamine Diatta (Senegal), Tchekpo Dan Akbedu a (Benin), Daudet Grazay a Michael Kouakou (Pobřeží slonoviny), učitele moderniho tance: Jiří Rebec, Ivanka Kubicová, Jan Hartmann, Helena Ackermann, Liz Lermann a Tonia Shimin (USA), Bruno Genty (Fr), Rober Wechsler (N), Russel Maliphant (DV8 GB). Spolupracovala s choreografy a tanečníky Samuel Wuersten (USA a NL), Dominika Borovansky (USA – ČR), Jan Komárek (USA-ČR), Jak Kodet a Barbora Greiner (ČR-N), Mami Kawabata (JAP).
Absolvovala taneční, choreografické, herecké, videofilm a light design stáže v Londýně, Drážďanech, Mnichově, Berlíně Paříži, Isle Jourdain, Amsterdamu, Avignonu a Severní Karolíně.
Vyučuje moderní tanec v České republice na AMU, profesionální tanečníky, mimy i herce a tančící veřejnost ve večerních kurzech tance Moniky Rebcové v Praze a na tanečních seminářích po celé ČR.
V r. 1997 vyučovala v Dominikánské republice tanečníky národního divadla Santo Domingo a nezávislé skupiny moderního tance. V r. 2017 vyučovala na tanečním odd. University v Accra - Ghana.
Se souborem MONIKA REBCOVÁ DANCE vystupovala s vlastními choreografiemi od r. 1991 ve Francii, Anglii, Portugalsku, Německu, Rakousku, Belgii a v U S A. V r. 1993 obdržela jednu z hlavních cen za choreografii v choreografické soutěži „Prix Volinine“ ve Francii.
V roce 2000 založila skupinu afrického tance a hudby BATOCU, se kterou vystupuje po celé České republice.
Pořádá workshopy afrického a moderního tance a jógy v ČR, v Itálii, Chorvatsku, Gambii a Senegalu, produkuje každoročně představení ve vlastní režii a choreografii v pražských divadlech a zabývá se světelným designem pro scénický tanec.
V r. 2012 uvedla vlastní celovečerní projekt moderního tance „Afrika –smíření“ se souborem Monika Rebcová Dance a získala za něj hlavní cenu diváka na festivalu „Czech Dance Platform“.
V rámci afrického večera uvedla několikrát představení “Měsíc a slunce“ se svým souborem BATOCU v pražském divadle Ponec.
V roce 2013 uvedla ve vlastní režii se souborem BATOCU premiéru představeni „Africká vesnice“ – africké divadlo, tanec, zpěv a bubny v rámci festivalu Dance Life Expo v Brně. Se senegalským choreografem ISSA SADIO DIATTA uvedli česko senegalské projekty v Praze: "Nio Farr" (2018 divadlo Studio Alta) a "El Ritmo de ma vie" (2019 PONEC divadlo pro tanec).

Monika DIATTA-REBCOVÁ is a dance teacher and choreographer, she is a graduate of the dance department of HAMU, where she also teaches and accompanies modern dance lessons with drumming.

Biography:

From 1990 to 2006 she completed internships in modern and African dance and djembe (African drum) e.g. in Dresden, Berlin, Munich, Amsterdam, Paris, Isle Jourdain, London, North Carolina, USA and several times in Gambia and Senegal. Her Afro teachers were: Germaine Acogny, Patrick Acogny, Mohamed Bangoura, Tonton Silla and Mohamed Camara (Guinea), Pap N´diaye –Kaolack, Malang Diediou and Lamine Diatta (Senegal), Tchekpo Dan Akbedu a (Benin), Daudet Grazay and Michael Kouakou (Ivory Coast), modern dance teachers: Jiří Rebec, Ivanka Kubicová, Jan Hartmann, Helena Ackermann, Liz Lermann and Tonia Shimin (USA), Bruno Genty (Fr), Rober Wechsler (N), Russel Maliphant (DV8 GB). She collaborated with choreographers and dancers Samuel Wuersten (USA and NL), Dominika Borovansky (USA – CZ), Jan Komárek (USA-CZ), Jak Kodet and Barbora Greiner (CZ-N), Mami Kawabata (JAP).

She teaches modern dance in the Czech Republic at the Academy of Performing Arts, professional dancers, mimes and actors and the dancing public in Monika Rebcová's evening dance courses in Prague and at dance seminars throughout the Czech Republic.

In 1997, she taught dancers of the Santo Domingo National Theater and independent modern dance groups in the Dominican Republic. In 2017, she taught at the dance department of the University of Accra - Ghana.

With the MONIKA REBCOVÁ DANCE ensemble, she has performed her own choreographies since 1991 in France, England, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium and the USA. In 1993, she received one of the main prizes for choreography in the choreographic competition "Prix Volinine" in France.

In 2000, she founded the African dance and music group BATOCU, with which she performs throughout the Czech Republic.

She organizes workshops in African and modern dance and yoga in the Czech Republic, Italy, Croatia, Gambia and Senegal, produces performances in Prague theaters every year under her own direction and choreography, and deals with lighting design for stage dance.

In 2012, she presented her own full-length modern dance project "Africa - reconciliation" with the Monika Rebcová Dance ensemble and won the main audience award at the "Czech Dance Platform" festival.

As part of the African evening, she presented the performance "Moon and Sun" several times with her BATOCU ensemble at the Prague Ponec theater.

In 2013, she presented the premiere of the performance "African Village" - African theater, dance, singing and drums under her own direction with the BATOCU ensemble at the Dance Life Expo festival in Brno. With Senegalese choreographer ISSA SADIO DIATTA, they presented Czech-Senegalese projects in Prague: "Nio Farr" (2018 Studio Alta Theater) and "El Ritmo de ma vie" (2019 PONEC Theater for Dance).

Působí jako choreograf a tanečník v Ziguinchoru v nejvýznamnější taneční a hudební skupině FORET SACRE  a hostuje v Abené v taneční a hudební skupině TAMALA. VYSTUPOVAL NA MEZINÁRODNÍM FESTIVALU V ABENÉ 2016 A 2017 a v národní divadle v Dakaru. V České republice působil jako umělecký vedoucí divadelních projektů a koncertů v produkci Moniky Rebcové v r. 2018-2020.
He works as a choreographer and dancer in Ziguinchor in the most important dance and music group FORET SACRE, and hosts Abena in the dance and music group TAMALA. SUBMITTED TO THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL IN ABOVE 20116 AND 2017 a v národní divadle v Dakaru. V České republice působil jako umělecký vedoucí divadelních projektů a koncertů v produkci Moniky Rebcové v r. 2018-19.
 
Žije v Ziguinchoru -Senegal a v praze, ČR, kde tančí  a působí jako choreograf v  programu  nejvýznamnější taneční a hudební skupině FORET SACRE v Casamancaise, jehož náplní je kultura  tradičního tance a bubnů západní Afriky. V roce 2016 byl vybrán jako vítěz choreografické soutěže v  Casamancaise a doporučen ke  studiu současného tance v L Ecole de Sabless v Toubab Dialaw u Germaine Acogny, kde si ho také vybrál známým choreograf Hardo Ka, pro taneční   sólo ve své choreografii na hudbu Salifa Keity.

 Zúčastnil se jako tanečník a choreograf na kulturních festivalech:

- Festival Saint Luis 2015

- Zig Fest International 2008-2009

- Festival "Kay Feec" / Dakar / 2008-2009

a dalších.

 Pracuje také jako choreograf v Abene, Senegal, ve skupině Tamala tradiční hudby a tance.

Jako tanečník a choreograf se každoročně účastní významného mezinárodního tanečního a hudebního festivalu „Abene Festivalo“.

Pravidelně vyučuje tanec na profesionálních tanečních seminářích pro evropské tanečníky, kteří se účastní seminářů v Ziguinchor a Abene. Pravidelně také vystupuje na kulturních akcích a festivalech ve významných kulturních centrech v  Senegalu v Dakaru, Ziguinchoru, Cap Skirin, AbenV roce 2017 a 2018 vyučoval tři týdny tanec na kulturním semináři v Abene v produkci Moniky Diatta-Rebcové pro české účastníky.

V prosinci 2017 získal  Issa Sadio Diatta hlavní  cenu jako tanečník soutěže o nejlepšího tanečníka a choreografa v Ziguichoru a  kvalifikoval se  se skupinou Foret Sacre na významný kulturní  festival konaný v Dakaru v lednu 2018.

Od roku 2018 působí v Čr jako vedoucí uměleckých projektů africké skuiny Batocu-african dance and music ("Nio Far" dIvadlo Studio Ata Praha, "El Ritmo de Ma Vie" -PONEC divadlo pro tanec, "Tanec a rytmus"-Klub Mlejn, "The Ghost" festival Tvůrčí Afrika a vyučoval mnoho workshopů africké hudby a tance po celé ČR (v ZUŠ, konzervatoře tance, základní školy, workshopy pro veřejnost) a vystupoval na hudebních vestivalech se skupinou "Batocu" Moniky Rebcové (např. Colours Ostrava,Open Air festival Hradec Králové, Tvůrčí Afrika a mnoho dalších).

 

 

Issa Sadio Diatta

Dancer, dance teacher, choreographer and drummer
He lives in Ziguinchor, where he is dancing, acting and choreographers in the program in the most important dance and music group FORET SACRE in Casamancaise working at a traditional dance and drums of West Africa.

As the winner of the choreographic competition in Casamancaise, he was selected and recommended to study  contemporary dance in L Ecole de Sabless in Toubab Dialaw with Germaine Acogny. There he was selected by a well-known choreographer Hardo Ka, to dance solo in his choreography for the music of Salif Keita in 2016.

 He participates as a dancer and choreographer in kultural festivals:

-      Saint Luis Festival 2015

-      Zig Fest International 2008-2009

-      Festival „Kay Feec“ /Dakar/ 2008-2009

 He also works as a choreographer in Abene, Senegal, in the Tamala group of tradicional music and dance.

 As a dancer and choreographer, he participates every year in a major international dance and music festival Abene Festivalo.

 He regularly teaches dance on professional dance workshops for  European dancers who attend the workshops  in Ziguinchor and Abene. He also regularly performs at cultural events and festivals in all Senegal (Dakar, Ziguinchor, Cap Skirin, Abene)

In 2017, he taught dance three weeks at a workshop in Abene in  production of Monika Diatta-Rebcová for Czech participants.

In December 2017 Issa Sadio Diatta won the competition for the best dancer and choreographer in Ziguichor and qualified with the Foret Sacre group for the festival held in Dakar from 18.12.2017.
